Torr 16th was the son of Torr 15th, and elected in Year 7800 as Imperial Sovereign by the Imperial Council at the age of 211, and served until his death in Year 8200 at the age of 611. He was senile in his later years, and in a coma for the last six years of his life, forcing the random selection of Imperial Regents from the ranks of the Imperial Council.
