Torr 23rd, before being elected in Year 11,700 as the Imperial Sovereign and founder of the Sixth Dynasty at the age of 110, was originally slated to become a corporate executive in the Astrotech Cartel. However, it was discovered he was a distant cousin of the recently deceased Torr 22nd, and so the Imperial Council elected him.
He took he duties as leader of the New Shi'ar Imperium very seriously. He favored an alliance of the Imperium, the Systems Commonwealth, and the Interplanetary Neo-British Kingdom against the threats of the Sontaran Dominion, the Cylons based on New Cylon, the Kurgan Caliphate, the United Pirate Clans, and other threats.
He died suddenly in Year 12,098.
